The CEO and ex CEO / founder of STLT (Still on board-consultant..., and both shareholder shares are restricted from retail sale) own over 50% of the issued shares. That is one reason I still own shares and bought more. The float is very VERY-SMALL. Any heavy buying runs it back to at least $2 fast and easy.
