He is correct, official proof is needed.
If it's still vague come the annual reports, assets are under $10M, with "plans of production", this will sink to triple zeros.
If there are substantial assets proving existing production, Z cars and other production merged in, this will soar to dollar range.
The current docs prove nothing. It looks good, though. We'll have more green close days for at least the next couple weeks. It's time to start loading, selling has finally dried up.
