No, I called FINRA last week. By policy, they won't even confirm that a notice has been received from MMEG. In general, they said the process can take 3 weeks to 3 months depending on the information provided with the notification. It's unfortunate, but there's no way to confirm that FINRA has received a notice from MMEG or what the status is until the notice is published.
