Southacres- AAOI lawsuits

were caused almost entirely after they announced the Aug 3 report for the June qtr. They reported a great June qtr, but weak guidance for the Sept qtr for losing some of Amazons business. AAOI had reported strong preliminary guidance for the June qtr weeks before, but were sued by tons of lawfirms, and accused of deception in knowing the Sept qtr would be weak. From my memory, preliminary guidance for the Sept qtr of being weaker than expected sent to stock down, but I don't recall more lawsuits for that. I believe the lack of preliminary guidance is a good sign, and I bought the stock on that- time will tell. Surely if others agree, shorts may decide to cover, and the stock could rally 10%-15% easily. I note that the short interest has been consistently coming down since Sept 15 with no good news. The stock has been so decimated that even the hint of good news could start a rally. I mean at a 9 PE going forward based on avg Dec qtr guidance of $.89, and the CEOs talk of getting back Amazon in early 2018, I believe the stock is a strong buy here at $34-$35 with plenty of potential.
