$2M earnings with 50 P/E = 10 cent valuation

They have no history of backing up claims, but based on what the company says, thats where this stock could be in a year.

CEO Sprovieri says in their first year of operation they will "conservatively" have 15 million in revenue (100 homes built and sold, 150K per home) with over 25% profit margin, or profit over $3.75 million.

Take half that profit level (because its unlikely they make what they think in the first year), divided by 1 billion shares is 0.2 cents earned per share. If they actually show that kind of profit in a year, the growth potential for this business and this product is astronomical, especially with the contracts and letters of intent they already have, and the $135 million Jamaican deal still there looming if they can get their act together. And a price to earnings ratio of 50 is in my opinion where this stock would be.

So if they can convince people they have a deal in place next week to buy the land for their plant and have financing signed up to build the plant then they are potentially on their way to a 10 cent stock in a year. With that kind of news the stock could easily shoot up past 2 cents overnight I think, maybe to 5 cents or more if some stock pickers start hyping the potential here.

And expectation of that kind of news next week is not unrealistic because they have a line of credit from Kodiak financing for $2 million, and the whole land, plant, and operations cost for the first nine months of $1.1 million by their estimate, so they either use that or some other method of financing (they said they had another method of financing they were working on in Nov last year) to get started. They have the means to get started, they just haven't used those means and they have not explained why, other than saying the other method of financing they are working on will be better for the company and investors, which at this point is a bizarre statement given that status of the stock price.

They would also need to alleviate investors fears of endless dilution and a reverse stock split to get the kind of movement I am talking about, which I believe they will try to do with the next PR. Then it comes down to how much people believe what they say.
