You are forgetting that Solomon's middle name is "loser" and "failure". "crook" also comes to mind. He hardly talks to us, so you can imagine how much BS he is shoveling to his clients, partners etc.
actually the company made "the loan" to their noncontrolled minority subsidiary the whole reason to own the stock. they promoted and pushed and insinuated all of these bologna items even paid for a credit report based on fake "assets" with no audit behind them besides the expenses supposedly incurred by the shell company they came from.... the same shell company that couldn't pledge those "asset" before.... so this "loan" is another shell company manufactured fictitious garbage sob story and they will burn for it..... because it will never happen.
