Nobody has made any offers. That is just rumor. None of the claims have been substantiated and we have not sold anything because everyone else is doing their own thing. They don’t want our dots. Not yet anyway.

Your input Art is up an beyond what anyone else understands since you actually worked and retired from QMC approximately 2 years ago.

QMC has achieved with Flow Production and NHM Chemistry needed for a Film/Display Product and other applications and being tested as we speak. Just the IP alone is certainly worth more than QD Vision selling to Samsung for 60 Million. That's the key Samsung is the first out of the gate believing in QD's along with other applications such as MicroLED's. That alone is a great achievement.

For those claiming that it has taken 8+ years so be it. Most of the time for a new application or a startup takes time for things to be improved and finalized. QMC is closing in on the ultimate goal which hopefully will be achieved soon in relativity to their existence.
