Persian, I only returned home yesterday with a full plate and still haven't done the individual insider's math regarding their share counts.
They are all receiving compensation shares via options they must pay to exercise, and none of them are selling shares.
No S3 shares were sold as far as I know since the last S3 expired in August and a new one has not been filed with the SEC.
The last Q noted no S3 shares had been sold for several quarters before that. So they are funding the company through the self generation of cash, and the loans the insiders make to the company. At a point, the insiders exchange the loans for shares.
I believe what I noted above is the entire explanation of the change in share positions.
