I am guessing they are done. COWN was there until 932am, the first 2 minutes of trading, and then left for good. Looks like not even on bid or ask anymore. Great sign imo. Good things ahead!

SEC page on Form D says if the first sale date is a Sat, Sun or Holiday, the beginning date is moved to the next business day. Does not describe subsequent "days" as having to be business days. Jan 4 2018 was a regular business Thursday.

Commission rules further require the notice to be filed within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is moved to the next business day. The SEC does not charge any filing fee for a Form D notice or amendment.
