But I also don't think they will necessarily update the system that day... I was trying to look back and the difference in days between the dates the court received a document and the date it was posted on Pacer to give myself an idea...but to be safe, I am guessing at least a week if not two weeks...
At this point, I would rather set myself up for a pleasant surprise than a disappointment.
