Yes...Wayne has worked hard a couple of times a year to get cash from toxic lenders to "pay" himself. All he has to do is pump it enough for the toxics to be able to sell their shares. Toxics don't care about the price, they are protected from the price by the conversion terms....

...... as long as they can dump them.
