Time to major amputation or death - wasn't used before!
AFS after 12 months was classic.
Time to event is traditional primary outcome for cancer. I think that EMA and FDA finally agreed that CLI sometimes much worse than cancer..
IMO, I hope that phase III will be stoped by EMA after they see 6 months results. Look at Pluristem CLI data from phase I.
