I think the only absolute way you can know that it was sanp dumping is if the TA confirms your opinion. Without this confirmation I have serious doubts as to the validity of your opinion(s).
To many times people throw out an opinion without confirming something that can easily be confirmed with a phone call or email. In essences I place jack sh** to their creditability with and in their supposed wisdom.
