DO made me a lot of money as well, from $2's to $25 when I sold so I don't have the same feelings about him as some. I haven't looked at enough compensation packages to compare ADXS to others but the board had to approve of everything. He was fired for the same reason as many others low share price and unhappy shareholders. His role was limited in that and he had nothing to do with the mini take down witnessed after the pet construct nearly caused a break out.
