Again another false statement. The attorney letter was rejected by OTCM and CWIR has failed to do anything since.OTC is not holding up the CE, CWIR is because they cant provide the needed transparency to have it removed.

Harry was an idiot for basing the earlier PR on just an LOI. His next PR should announce a real deal but only after it has been closed! Otherwise, it's just a bunch of fluff!
