are preserved until the end of Liquidation at least.

1. The creditors have no choice in this matter.
2. Remaining NOLs will be cancelled once the liquidation is over.

Liquidation means total liquidation. There will be no assets left to form anything with. There will be no employees. You, yourself will have better chance of forming a new company than what acn come out of a liquidated entity such as the former LBHI. Illiquid assets will be sold for what ever they will bring in. Most have already been sold. As you may recall several years ago there was a company hired to get rid of the illiquid assets at auction. I would think at this point there is much left that is illiquid.
