Wait for the merger to close. The hibachi grill restaurant franchise will be spun off imo. When companies use the term Spin-Off in PR'S & filings it usually means that they are creating a clean S1 company that will become a dividend to shareholders. And yes I think it will happen as many shareholders remain sour. If both are implemented $KNSC will skyrocket. Regardless the current resort real estate merger generates more revenue & will expand operations rapidly.

This stock has not been true for many years now. Not that you can't make money on it, but don't listen to the hype of what's going to happen.
