the customers are taking an ownership position in this supplier- SLJB- and thereby cut out middleman profits. (They get a better deal- lowest possible price)

Also, they get stock appreciation of NAV to boot.

If your buying from a Company you own or are affiliated with, you have eliminated the middle man. Thus saving millions of dollars on every deal.
