I criticized O'Connor's management, documenting things he did that were less than honest and not aligned with investor interests. The Board eventually agree and he was pushed out. IMO you need to be more informed on the issues you write about and less simplistic in your criticisms. You criticized the company for not doing anything right because they didn't issue a PR for hiring a consulting firm for a project. Most would agree that hiring a consultant is normal business not worthy of a PR.
