Like I said I can’t imagine a shareholder going to that extent. I think we all pretty much know about NDAs and that a company won’t divulge anything to us. I’m thinking someone maybe shot off an email to an army dept and they happened to complain to Kim and Kim is now admonishing shareholders and using it as an excuse for deals not getting done. That’s my take.

It’s so crystal clear to me that Kim doesn’t want to be a public company. Look at his actions, not his words.

Taking the company public was a means to an end and I’ll bet he takes it private or sells it when the time is right. He doesn’t want anything to do with shareholders imo. He doesn’t want to have conference calls with them, he doesn’t want to answer questions. He does the bare minimum to keep himself in compliance. That’s it.

I think it was petty of him to do that side note. It just reeks of frustration and is passing the blame for his failings.

Oh and I doubt Kim is reading this board. At least I hope not. He should not have the time. He should be plenty busy. If he IS reading this board , then it’s another indicator he’s not the right man for the job.
