Why divest when the company was, supposedly, making over $4mil and showing growth year-over-year? Why scale into a new sector?

Is there any document related to the 50mm financing available to read? I couldn't find anything. Seems a bit sketchy that they would dump a business that wqs generating decent revenue to go into one they have never been involved in.
