You know I want it to go up to 4.00 and beyond like it should be doing at this juncture. The one only fly in the ointment is the finalization of the land swap. Minnesota needs solid leadership in Washington and we are lacking the leadership on the Senate side of things. All our senior senator can talk about is Net Neutrality and the Minnesota Vikings.
