I think this the worst ever performance by the Management. For most OTC, you could tell whether it's just a pump and dump. CEO's would be quiet and not say too much. Or, they would release a news followed by massive dumps. However, these two crooks here are real actors making everyone believe that this is nasdaq bound.
The AS has increased to 1.5B? Are you kidding me. What a bunch of morons, who can hardly sell anything but shares. Again promised $100M in revenue..... HAHA HAHA - how can you become Chairman of a Nasdaq listed company, when you can't even count. Or, was he just lying to the shareholders knowingly...... SO IT IS EITHER BYRON YOUNG WAS LYING WITH INTENT TO DECEIVE THE SHAREHOLDERS OR HE DOES NOT EVEN HOW TO ADD. As simple as that.

Heard rumors about Alex being sued in the past. I bet those lawsuits had something to do with his previous company or companies. And he can add one more to his resume now because this one is heading into the same direction.

Whatever you do Alex and Byron, you pay for your actions in this very life. Have seen it many times, Karma!!! It happens. If you guys were honest and the business failed, I would not care if I lost eight figures. However, you guys are deceiving the shareholders for your personal benefit and that IS wrong.
And if any Insider, family and friends just happened to stumble upon this bird right now, yeah you can carry this message over to your bosses.
