5x Less Dilution and he would have raised more money than he would know what to do with (at 20 cents)

- Could you just imagine only 10M shares at 20 cents = $2M raised and now he's Hoping for maybe $1M of cash (unrealistic) but having to issue 55M shares or more to get it. Unreal and why he is plain inept as a CEO in my view. With his investment background, it makes it even worse
