Outstanding share - a share in the HANDS of a stockholder is an outstanding share. All the definitions I’ve looked up for OS basically say that. This week will tell if the OS has been pre-updated with future trades in consideration for weeks to come which is not an accurate reflection for investors. We’ll see what happens.
