Well I believe if you are alt reporting you have to go to pink current first then to OTCBQ but I could be wrong.

Well they are pink current. But that said, they need to take back the form15 since technically they aren't a SEC filer anymore. So they need to file all relevant filings from the past and then they can do this if they want IMO. Then if they get the ok from the SEC they can apply with otcmarkets to become a QB company again.
