Hey inforfun, Angelo at customer service emailed me the directions.

Vivalive Tv on Roku

1.) Sign into your Roku Accounts… https://my.roku.com/signin
2.) Go to Manage Account. Click on Add Channel.
3.) Type in Channel access Code VivaLivetv
4.) A Warning sign Will appear. Its Because Viva Live TV is in Process of Transitioning From beta Stage to Certified stage. Click OK.
5.) Click on YES, Add Channel.
6.) Channel Added

Roku Device

1.) Go to Settings
2.) Go to System
3.) Go to System Update
4.) Click on Check Now
5.) Viva Live TV will be added to your Home Screen of Channels


Activate Viva Entertainment Channel

1.) Log in
2.) Log into your account or Link with access Code
