Yates has filed bankruptcy for another company, in the past, what is one more company? Just another section to add to his impressive resume(SARC). Can honestly hope this is his last chance at running a public list company with other peoples money at stake. He has cost a lot of good people a lot of money over the years, buying into the empty promises. It is to bad actually that when it ends it all ends. I have no remorse for BS Lying Yates but it is unfortunate, the bleeding needs to stop. The company should have been put down a long time ago, he is in way over his head on this one. The worst part is all the games he has played over the years on his shareholders. The same ones that bought into this dream putting their trust in him that they would see a gain on their investments. Now they won't even see their investment as he has shipwrecked this company over the years. Everything with Yates is how do I draw one more paycheck?
