It would be very hard to invison scandium not be included in the "critical" metals list. Considering the Euopeans just recently (Sept. 2017) included scandium on their new anticipated critical metals list.

Next to 'financing or Sc offtake agreements' locking down Sc as a 'critical metal' might be the 3rd best stock price moving news!
