Except that RIOT has nothing to do with Blockchain technology. In fact there are two Blockchain ETFs that just launched that provide exposure to the BC technology. BLOK and BLCN.

Check out the holdings as a primer on how to play the space. You will note neither has this junk in the ETF holdings.
