I think you are making up things that are not real. Maybe you should learn how the system works 1st and then see what is needed to support it. There are many techs out there that work on machines that we can call upon, just like coke has independent repair people in different cities to work on their fountain and machines. We can handle our job and our partners in Canada can handle theirs so customers will be in good hands.
