I think there is an even older saying.

Buy Ripple @ .22 and flip it @ .27 for a nickel gainer and then claim to be long after missing the big gainer.

The old XRP saying continues...claim Ripple will hit $500 and encourage people to hold long, until it falls and then claim to have been flipping all along and try to pretend it wasn't crappy advice.

People remember these kinds of things.

Maybe these sayings will one day be adapted into a limerick by those who remember.
