I will say yes. absolutely. there are many MJ companies trading right now over that and have zero earnings, lack of reporting, tons of debt.

current price is a deal. the rest of the market still needs to catch up.

I watched ATTBF run up today more than 20% and that company is a joke in comparison to the health, earnings and organizational validity of POTN (its not $3 but just an example of companies running way up on zero revenue - POTN has good revenue).
