How would you know any specific conversion rates of the notes held by LAM, if they even acquired any of them at all? How do you know what specific vendor obligations that LAM acquired? I don't see it anywhere? Are you just taking a wild guess?

Traderman, kindly show proof of your claims.

Fact 1. They get the lowest trading price past 20 days.
50 percent discount of the lowest trading price.

I know for a fact that when Livington get shares at a discount, etc all terms of the settlement are clearly stated in the agreement.

Here's two examples of LAM Settlement Agreements. One with a discount (ONC*I) and one without (ADTM).

The former with ONC*I (is on-topic) and is being shown for example purposes only to highlight the language which would be found in ADTM agreement IF shares were being issued at a discount (which they're not)

ADTM settlement (with NO discount given to LAM)

Pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement approved by the LAM Order, on December 19, 2017, the Company agreed to issue LAM shares of the Company’s common stock (the “LAM Settlement Shares”), $0.00001 par value (the “Common Stock”). https://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=12476599

ONC*I settlement (with 45% discount given to LAM)

Pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement approved by the LAM Order, the Company agreed to issue to LAM shares (the “LAM Settlement Shares”) of the Company’s common stock, $0.0001 par value (the “Common Stock”) at a forty five percent (45%) discount to market.
