How would you know any specific conversion rates of the notes held by LAM, if they even acquired any of them at all? How do you know what specific vendor obligations that LAM acquired? I don't see it anywhere? Are you just taking a wild guess?

I know for a fact that when Livington get shares at a discount, etc all terms of the settlement are clearly stated in the agreement.
Here's two examples of LAM Settlement Agreements. One with a discount (ONC*I) and one without (ADTM).
The former with ONC*I (is on-topic) and is being shown for example purposes only to highlight the language which would be found in ADTM agreement IF shares were being issued at a discount (which they're not)
