Let's not confuse Par Value with pps now. That's such a newbie error...and please don't interpret 'fair market value' as .0001...we don't know what factors have fed that...unless you're suggesting I missed that too in the 8K.

The parties reasonably estimate that the fair market value of the LAM Settlement Shares to be received by LAM is equal to approximately $928,808.00. In connection with the Settlement Agreement, on December 20, 2017, the Company issued 74,146,000 shares of the Company’s common stock to LAM. Additional tranche requests shall be made as requested by LAM until the LAM Settlement Amount is paid in full.

No mention of those shares being valued at .0001...or at .01 for that matter. Also, as per the above, shares delivered in tranches. LAM just disposed of what he was given on the 20th...ala the AH trade. Now we have that out of the way. Don't be surprised to see this green again tomorrow.

Sorry...I'm on a roll now...so...as I stated earlier...the higher pps means the less shares get issued to LAM for settlement of the debt. Thus with a close of .0015, if LAM requests another tranche now that it's 74mil shares have been disposed of, the company is in a position to say 'fair market value' has increased...thus the agreement to make payments in tranches.

Hey...I dont mind at all any reasonable debate on this...but everyone needs to stay with the facts.
