What’s your point? To get rid of over 900k of debt they will need billions of shares at this rate. What is John doing to keep share holder value? His PR states that he kept the company dark for 2 years to conserve on capital and protect share holders.

How is he protecting share holders if he lets LAM dilute at the going rate??
