now: These guys have never wanted to dilute so I wonder if they are trying to get back shares that were dumped about a year ago. There was a day in December '16 where it looks like someone dumped about 200k at market, someone picked up 92k at .03! I have a screenshot of it somewhere. Then again, they don't have any money I know of so anything's possible.
