The day they do a reverse split again without having contracts and definitive revenue in place...is the day you lose. Not once have I ever seen a reverse split work without first fixing the immediate problem. He simply cannot do it again.
Further:
Dig deeper. Have an email conversation with the folks at Nasdaq. Vicky ain't going back there anytime soon. They won't take him back because he simply reverse split to meet the pps requirement.
NYSE might...I repeat might take him after spending some time proving himself that he isn't the typical stinky pinky CEO. (As of now, he is)
He certainly might reverse split anyway..but to do so for the sake of raising pps for uplisting before he has definitive revenue streams coming in is absolutely absurd. It won't work.
If he reverse splits before then..it is to regain liquidity and start the process over again. Nothing more.
