i think i was pretty clear in stating that if the company creates these callable with a dividend it has nothing to do with the common stock. But before we get involved we need to make sure that the amendments with the state will be filed and if they are we r interested in the dividends. As far as the Zoyes boys are concerned they have nothing to do with the callable preferred, they might be selling stock but it has nothing to do with us. I talked with Greg and he stated the same thing.
