I basically agree with that statement, but think one of the unknowns here is what is the actual value of the ClearView and weapon technology, plus a few other lessor discussed tech that UATG has. I know some about joint replacement and that technology alone could be worth 100 million plus dollars. I think Alex knows what's going to go down and has for 4 or 5 months. I don't think at these levels an RS would do any good, PPS and OS are to low, I might agree if the PPS was .10+, but not when it's sub-penny. I think he's going to merge or sell a division or he knows he's going to get a major government contract. He is so confident that UATG can be a QX stock... Soon. I am hoping his shareholder letter will deal in specifics and revenue projections, if it does, I think the PPS could hit .10+ very quickly.
