IPIX mgmt has already expressed their intent to maximize the value of our assets. I don't see it as a question of Leo holding out for a better deal, but rather Leo creating an environment whereby our maximum value can be realized. Having "big and wealthy" players competing for our assets is, IMO, fundamental to creating such a situation.
If Leo is successful in these endeavors, he won't be holding out, he'll be choosing the best of several good offers.
