With all due respect mr holty we wont know anything yet untill full year earnings is out in february. Untill then you may want to re-read that settlement disclosure. It states the emcare qui-tam lawsuit settles the thomas mason and folstad suit. You may want to look up the 8 left qui-tam suits because this is definately one of them. The second suit was also a quitam brought on by george E Miller and metts and this suit was also qui-tam and also settled although their portion has not yet been made public. Check these settled qui-tam suits with the original 8 and you will see they match up. I would recommend you re-read the sec filings and the news article again looking for these details. Gl
