Pretty sure an 8K will be out soon where Item 1 will be some type of JV, SAA, etc. announcement immediately followed by the inevitable Item detailing the Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities. Lots of shares being dumped the past week and those VWAP shares are below .001 so the conversion volumes must be going up. A/S getting close now. We shall see soon enough.
