As far as the BK is concerned, this waiting period for objections seems like just a technicality. As I've stated here before, I'm not seasoned with BK plays, so I have nothing to compare it to.
Why the PPS isn't going up....that's trading. How many times have we seen dip and rips? If I had the powder I'd be on the bid, but I'm maxed atm.
The judge signing off will have a big impact, IMO. Hopefully we get the merger news within a week after that happens.
