Possible but very improbable scenarios.

KlickZie is dead the day it arrives (if it ever does arrive).
Two companies that have publically announced their products one of which has already been in the market for sometime (TruePic) and the other (Kodak) has vastly more resources than Tautachrome.

TruePic developed an app without infringing on the patents of Tautachrome. I would bet Kodak did as well.
