Yes you are right. I was doing 15 calendar days after the date the extension was filed on 1/2.

It will be interesting to see what they tell us and what they hide. I am really interested to see if they hide the Kosmos lawsuit. And if they hide the IRS lien. And if they disclose that the convertible debentures are in default. And if they are accruing interest on the $10 million owed to CEPSA. And if they tell us they filed for and/or received an extension in Kenya. And if they tell us that the MOU with Starcrest either expired or was extended. And if they say anything about a listing on AIM or anywhere else. And if they tell us more about this questionable bitcoin business.

No use in doing a 10K if many of the material facts are hidden from us.

Of course it is also possible they don't file at all. I guess we will see.

If the ERHC 10K was due today it is now officially delinquent. A lot of times this happens when the company lacks the funds to pay the accountants, attorneys and other professionals who assist in the 10K. Being repeatedly late in filing can result in a company being removed from trading on the OTCBB. I hope this isn't what ERHC is facing.

Let's see if it gets filed tomorrow since that is what I originally thought was the due date.
