Unlike a reverse split, these forward splits usually work out very well for shareholders. Especially when you are bringing the price of a stock down $2000 to about $20. It opens the doors to a whole new group of investors. We got used to seeing the stock go up or down a few hundred dollars a day and now it's going to be more like $1 or $2 but we will have so many shares that $1 will be a huge move.
