In China, every corporation is required to have it's business registered with the Chinese Administration for Industry and Commerce. private or not.

Every registered business has a Unified Social Credit Number.
If the business no longer exists, the Number remains.

As it seems, either we have not 'found' JBZY's Chinese merger entity JB&ZJMY CO., LTD. or the Chinese entity JB&ZJMY CO., LTD. has never existed.
