Fufat, I prefer to look at this based on market cap.

So, at 101,271,675 O/S common, DECN has a market cap of $6,076,300.

If 1.4 billion O/S common, the DECN share price would be .004 to reach the same market cap. Again, using the reverse split of 1 for 14.

Thus I don't agree with you that "the shares don't exist anymore", since you are reaching the same market cap target. One of the many issues here at DECN is the capital structure. Specifically, that the highly dilutive preferred shares are not factored into the traditional market cap calculation.

IMHO, DECN is (and always has been) a house of cards.

My opinion only of course.
