He took a $500K Bonus because he felt like it.

And he NEVER sent $100K to anybody....including xeraflop..

And the shares he was going to register to fund an IPO at $.25 went to a toxic lender friend at $.02/ea so Wayne could put the cash in his pocket.

This is such a scam I am embarrassed that they actually seem to work.
